1 General Provisions

iebet is a platform targeting the Myanmar market that provides online casino, football betting, and a full range of gaming services. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any of its services, the player is considered to have accepted the terms and conditions set out here.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only open one account on iebet. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, iebet reserves the right to suspend and close all of those accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account, and must notify iebet as soon as possible if any of that information changes. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 KYC Verification

iebet reserves the right to request a player's identity documents (National ID, passport, or driver's license) at any time, whether during a deposit or withdrawal. Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals Terms

3.1 Deposit Methods

The iebet platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. Players may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks for all methods
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — within 5–30 minutes (under normal conditions)

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

iebet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, any fees charged by the player's payment service provider (bank or mobile wallet) are the player's own responsibility and iebet is not liable for them.

3.4 Withdrawal Requirements

KYC verification must be complete before withdrawal requests are processed. If there are any outstanding bonus funds in the account, withdrawals will only be allowed once the wagering requirements have been met. iebet reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transactions while they are under review.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

iebet offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit (maximum 200,000 Ks). The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after 25x wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus may have its own specific terms. Players should read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• If iebet finds that a bonus was obtained through fraud or a breach of terms, it reserves the right to reclaim that bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Once a bonus expires, it can no longer be used — the expiry date is visible at the time of claiming the bonus.

5 Gaming Terms

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the iebet platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or Live Dealer technology. Players may not use software assistance, bots, or any pre-arranged schemes to predict game outcomes.

5.2 Technical Issues

Winnings that result from a game error caused by a technical fault may be voided. iebet clearly states that it is not responsible for any payments arising from technical errors.

5.3 Limits and Stake Amounts

Each game has set minimum and maximum stake amounts. Players cannot place bets outside these limits. iebet may investigate any attempt to exceed stake limits and may suspend the player's account.

6 Player Responsibilities

Players must conduct themselves in accordance with the following —

• Do not use irregular methods (arbitrage, collusion) to play
• Do not harass other players or staff
• Do not use the platform for money laundering
• Using automated software (bots) to play is prohibited
• Keep your account access secure — do not share your password with anyone

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 iebet's Right to Restrict

iebet reserves the right to suspend any account with or without reason. However, where no rule violation is involved, the player must be able to withdraw their remaining balance.

7.2 Self-Exclusion by Player

Players can contact iebet Customer Support to close their own account. A self-exclusion request can be submitted and will be processed within 24 hours of the request date.

10 Software Ownership

All designs, code, advertising formats, symbols, and game-related data on the iebet website are the intellectual property of iebet. Players may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell these materials. If a violation occurs, iebet reserves the right to take legal action.

11 Football & Sports Betting Specific Rules

iebet's football and sports betting section manages available fixtures, odds, and markets through software-driven adjustments.

• If odds change before a fixture starts, a bet will only be placed with the player's agreement
• If a fixture is cancelled or suddenly suspended, a refund will be issued
• The official result announced by the relevant journal or Sport Governing Body will be used as the confirmed record
• Decisions regarding Void Bets and Rule 4 are final as determined by iebet, and will only be changed if a formal dispute is raised and reviewed

12 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding game results, deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses, the player must first contact Customer Support via 24/7 Live Chat to resolve the matter. If Support is unable to resolve it, the player may submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. All operations by iebet are calculated based on Burmese Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

13 Policy Updates & Notification
